Studio Rental Contract for Pink Pineapple Studios and New Light Studio
By submitting payment, renter + renter's party agrees to the following terms and conditions. Contact us ASAP if you have any questions or concerns! Both studios are located in Bedford, TX 76021: Pink Pineapple Studios + New Light Studio.
• No date is secured until your reservation is paid in full. Without payment, it is still up for grabs! 40% of rental fee is a non-refundable retainer.
• Additional fees apply for cake smash sessions, seamless paper usage, and pets. Pets must be approved prior to booking and will be considered on a case by case basis.
In light of the ongoing covid-19 pandemic, we are still a no refunds studio. Renter/ photographer/renter's party agree to use the studio at their own risk and by using studio premises agree to the following: http://www.pinkpineapplestudiogroup.com/covid
Return/Cancellation policy:
No refunds; all sales final. Rental fee includes non-refundable retainer equal to 50% of rental amount paid. Should cancellation occur 72 hours prior to rental start time, renter will be credited full amount paid to use for future rental dates, dependent on studio availability. Credit expires 6 months from original date booked. Last minute cancellations (less than 72 hours notice) forfeit the amount paid for rental. 2 reschedules per date are allowed; after that a new rental will need to be booked.
Please read over the following rental guidelines:
• Start and stop times are strictly adhered to. There is a 5 minute grace period after your time ends. You must book enough time to include set up and break down, clean up. Any time over that will be billed as an overage fee of $8 per minute you go over your time - meaning you are still inside the studio. PLEASE BE COURTEOUS; DO NOT GO OVER YOUR TIME! Thank you!
• Make sure your clients know they may only enter the studio with you, their photographer, not before.
• Children must be supervised AT ALL TIMES! Please help with this! We are not responsible for any children on premises. Do not let kids or pets roam freely.
• Renter may not sublease or rent studio time at the Studio to any third party.
• Leave studio clean and in the same condition you find it. Do not litter or leave behind debris, please use trash cans provided around the studio. Please use vacuum and/or broom if needed to clean up after your session. Renter is responsible for any damage to premises, equipment, props or furniture including breakage, scratches, spills, wear, marks or stains. If any major cleaning is required after your session you will be billed accordingly. (Please note: GLITTER IS PROHIBITED! No glitter allowed in studio for any reasons. Large confetti is allowed, but must be cleaned up completely before you leave.)
• No fire, candles or open flames allowed for any reason, ever. No smoke bombs or smoke machines.
• NO GUNS OR FIREARMS are permitted in either studio at any time for any reason.
• No smoking, illicit drugs or alcoholic beverages permitted anywhere on premises. No food or drinks, unless it is to be used solely as a prop and will not leave any crumbs or residue.
• Please use furniture sliders when moving heavy objects/furniture. Please no shoes on the bed, sheets, or fabric furniture.
• Studio rental includes use of any furniture and props available at the time. If you need a specific item, let us know ahead of time so we can check that it's available. Owner makes no special guarantees as to equipment's functionality or suitability to renter's purpose(s). Owner not liable for acts out of our control that affect shoot, that include, but isn't limited to such things as power outages, weather conditions, overcast or cloudy days, emergencies or acts of God, declarations of war, virus pandemics.
• Renter acknowledges and agrees that a studio representative may be present in the studio while renters are on premises.
• Use of our studio and equipment is AT RENTER AND RENTER'S CLIENTS' OWN RISK. By submitting this rental contract, renter and renter's clients agree to hold the studio/owner free from liability and negligence, including financial responsibility for injuries incurred to anyone on premises associated with rental time. Renter and renter's clients hereby waive rights to seek and pursue legal action against owner due to mishaps, accidents, injury, and/or loss while on our premises. Renter agrees to and assumes sole responsibility for conduct and welfare of all persons accompanying them while on premises. Renter/renter's clients understand that engaging any dangerous, rowdy, pornographic, illegal, illicit or negligent practices or activities will result in renter and clients being asked to leave immediately without refund. Renter assumes responsibility for verifying legal age of clients for the activities they are to be engaged in.
• Renter agrees that electronic signatures are binding and are considered to be
original signatures.
• Failure to comply with studio policies may result in renter being removed without refund or compensation.
• Renter and their party also agree to abide by the terms, rules, policies contained in the check out form required to reserve studio time.
If you overstay your rental, you will be charged $8/minute overage fee for every minute you are in the space past your rental end time. The card on file will automatically be charged for late fees.
Rescheduling: There will not be a fee charged if you reschedule 72 hours prior to your shoot time. You can self-reschedule by clicking the red reschedule button on your confirmation email, as long as it's outside of the 72 hours prior to the start time of your rental.
TIME + DATE:
Renter is responsible for knowing the correct time and date of their rental. Showing up/entering the studio at the wrong time and date will incur a fee of $100. DAYLIGHT SAVINGS TIME - Renter is responsible for checking daylight savings time prior to renting the space. The time change will affect the natural light coming into the studio and the renter should be aware of this. Studio owners are not responsible for renter's knowledge or lack thereof concerning daylight savings time and time changes.
